Individuals and legal entities may pay for the services provided by FiksMi LLC in one of the following ways:

• Payment by bank details - for this you can use the nearest Bank branch or transfer online via any Internet bank or payment service
• Product acquiring — payment by credit card through the POS terminal, which is available at the reception point of FiksMi LLC, located at:
• Internet acquiring — payment by credit card via the Internet. This operation is carried out directly on our website through Sberbank PJSC payment gateway.
• If you have problems with payment for services, please contact your Bank: technical support phone number is listed on the back of your credit card.

Delivery of products

Delivery of products is performed in several ways:

• Self-delivery;
• Courier in person (available in Moscow);
• SDEK and Business Lines Transport companies.

The terms and cost of delivery of products depend on transport company tariffs

Shipment of products

• From the stock availability, the order is shipped within 24 hours from the moment of its payment;
• By pre-order, the order created and paid previously is shipped within 48 hours from the date of arrival of the products to the Company's warehouse.
