Terms of return and exchange

Return and exchange of inadequate quality products

If after the purchase, product defects were found, the Buyer has the right to:

  • Return the product;
  • Exchange the Product for a similar one or choose another (with recalculation of the price);
  • Demand product price reduction or free defect elimination.

Claims can be made within the entire warranty period. As a matter of course, the warranty period is 180 (one hundred and eighty) days.

Rules for return of the Product

In order to send the Product, you need to receive the details for sending customer return back from the support service by phone. The shipment of the Product is made at the expense of the Buyer.

After sending the Product, you shall inform the number of the declaration by phone or email to the support service. After the return of the Product, subject to the preservation of its consumer properties and commercial type, the refund shall be carried out within 14 days after the shipment.

Product of improper quality means a Product having a defect of production character. Difference in the design or appearance elements from those stated in the description on the site is not a defect of the Product. Appearance and completeness can be checked by the Buyer at the time of delivery of the Order.

In case of discovery of a deficiency in the Product, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract and to claim the refund of the amount paid for the Product (in case of withdrawal from the Contract, the Buyer has to deliver the Product to Product return point in full, in accordance with the Order). In case of partial return the cost of delivery is not reimbursed to the Buyer.

When returning a Product of inadequate quality, as well as incorrect delivered Product, its full cost shall be reimbursed to the Buyer.

Buyer’s requests of returning the money paid for the Product are subject to satisfaction by the seller within the legal deadline.

By signing the Contract, the Buyer confirms that he is acquainted with the rules of Product return and agrees that the decision on the existence of defective goods and/or insufficiencies will be made after the acceptance and decision on the existence of such defects by the manufacturing play itself.
